Project on go to market strategy for a new market at ServiceLinkr

  1. Problem
    ServiceLinkr is newly established SaaS provider. Helping manufacturers of high-tech machines. Our offering consists of software supporting our clients in servicing their end-clients online. The offering is now ready to scale. Currently, our home market is growing. What is our next market and how should we penetrate?
  2. Project description
    We would like a hands-on go to market strategy on which market to win and how. Secondly, we would like a concrete target list of clients to pursue. If the quality of the strategy is high, it will be applied in real life.
  3. Resources
    Our CEO will be your main contact person. We expect you to work independently and remotely with a weekly online session with our CEO, as this is a focus area for our company. Once a month, we will meet physically to go through and discuss your findings.
  4. Motivation for you
    You will learn about life in a software company and how to grow a startup. You will also get insight on how our company operates from A-Z. You have the possibility to do work that could make a big impact in real life. We are a growing company and are looking to hire resources in future.
