Job Description Summary:

Primarily responsible for reconciliation of various bank accounts and other GL accounts within the Coca-Cola Credit Union. Also responsible for the Accounts Payable function, posting of share draft and ACH exceptions and reconciliation of related GL accounts.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • ​Accounts payable and payment of employee expense reports
  • Processing exceptions in daily Check and ACH clearing
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned. Daily and Month-End
  • Reconcile corporate bank accounts
  • Prepares Reversals for member payments and Bill pay
  • Research and resolve member service issues
  • Assist and support operations and lending areas
  • Settlement for inter-company payables (Freight, Card, Corporate and USA petty cash)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Accounting/ Finance preferred
  • One to two years of experience in accounting, banking, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Attention to detail and ability to think and work proactively
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of back-office banking procedures for ACH and Share drafts
  • Effective planning and organizing
