  • Team collaborator with excellent interpersonal communication skills who flourishes in a cross-functional environment; Find the right person to ask when issues arise
  • Data-driven decision making: Experience with raw log processing, data analysis, statistics, and visualization
  • Excellent foundation in Python and git
  • Possess solid electrical engineering fundamentals for grasping schematics, architecture, and areas including basic control loop theory, ADCs, and amplifier circuits
  • Hands-on experience with bench measurements and lab equipment (e.g. current sensing, IV characterization, oscilloscopes, power supplies, RF measurements, spectrum analyzers)


This position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, across both software and hardware teams to evaluate risks and concerns in the validation process for system coex and peak power. For example, you might cross-functionally design, develop, and implement tests for design-of-experiments, and at-scale data collection in the factory. Provide valuable insights with your analysis, and find ways to improve test robustness and repeatability, process, and validation methodologies. - Develop validation plans to test hardware and software design for system coex and peak power, isolating which hardware module, firmware, or software is causing issues - Hands-on debug of hardware and software issues, writing scripts for automated reproduction - Build and contribute to existing and new automation efforts using a combination of internal HW tools, custom SW libraries, and external SW packages - Parse and post-process datasets ranging from a single unit to 100s of units, applying data-driven analysis to interpret results and determine impact to cross-functional teams, the system, and the user

Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent

    • System-level hardware design

    • Bench testing and design-of-experiments

    • System power budgeting: Creating power specifications for a component or subsystem

    • Battery integration and lithium-ion battery management (capacity estimation, charging algorithms, and impedance analysis)

    • Radio technologies (LTE, WiFi, BlueTooth, NFC, UWB)

    • Sensing technologies (IMU, pressure, compass)
