Customer Engineer, Collaboration and Unified Communications
MICROSOFT are looking for a Customer Engineer for large customers on SharePoint, SPO, PowerPlatform, PowerApps products. The position is based in the Paris area, with some travel required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
As a Customer Engineer, you will work in our most diverse and complex customer environments. You will lead operational projects and work on issues related to our collaboration and unified communications products (SharePoint/SharePoint Online, identity and security skills). You will be responsible for the follow-up of your customers and will guarantee a high level of satisfaction. On our customers' site, as a Microsoft expert on Collaboration and Unified Communications environments, your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Responding accurately and expertly to technical requests by providing all elements of response,
  • Establish and maintain close and trustworthy relationships with your customers,
  • Analyze and propose improvements on infrastructures and systems
  • Solve complex problems, of critical economic implication for our customers and requiring a thorough knowledge of infrastructure architectures (Active Directory, networks) and Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies (Office 365 with mainly SharePoint, PowerPlatform and PowerApps skills),
  • Help our customers migrate to the Cloud and implement hybrid architectures,
  • Carry out skill transfers,
  • Work with your customers' CSAMs, Support Engineers and other Microsoft contacts.
  • Help our customers develop new collaborative experiences
