Repair Center Production Process Engineer Support at HP Inc.

  • WWRC Electronics focal and Technical support – boards, power supplies, controllers, electromechanical systems & functional testing Jigs and troubleshooting. Responsible for functionality, tests coverage, reliability and performance
  • Lead deep dive investigations of malfunctions, technical issues and DOA, using Lean methods (A3, PDCA, RCA etc.)
  • Write, maintain, validate and approve repair and testing procedures
  • Lead repair process improvement projects (KPI related) – yield, equipment maintenance, repair quality, etc.
  • Improve the WWRC electrical knowledge by training and fluent support

Education, Skills and experience

  • B.SC in Electrical engineering
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related area
  • Fluent English (read, write, talk)
  • Ability to learn and work in engineering and technical systems (self-learner) – reading BOM, drawings, reverse eng, etc.
  • Deep HP Indigo digital presses technology & process understanding
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal ) in cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
  • Proactive approach, innovative, open-minded, collaborative and a team player
  • Can lead activities, projects and people to common goal/ vision with no authority
  • Strong Analytical skills, logical capabilities, problem solving and out of the box thinking
  • Strong technical skills and hands on approach
