Diagnostic Business Graduate Programme
The Diagnostic Programme is a 2-year programme, during which you will explore the business area and develop your personal and professional skills through four job rotations of 6 months in various parts of the business here in Denmark or around the world.

Diagnostic Business consists of a number of companies spread all over the world; therefore, the programme is designed with an international perspective in mind.

As you progress through the programme, you will take on assignments that involve shorter or longer stays outside of Denmark. The duration of the stay could be anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on the assignment, and you can expect to have rotations where you will play a role of a Junior Product Manager at Interacoustics in Middelfart, Operations in Minneapolis, Sales in Dortmund or Production in Poland. Each period will enhance your business understanding both functionally and geographically. You can expect a lot of travel days and a very steep learning curve.

The Diagnostic Business Graduate Programme has its base at Interacoustics in Middelfart, but it is flexible and adapts to the needs of the business, hence the travels and stays will vary from one rotation to another.

What to expect?
You can expect rotations and tasks that are shaped in conjunction with what the business needs and what the graduates’ competences and interests are. The tasks may therefore range from operational to tactical and strategic in nature.

Here are some examples of a broad range of areas you might be working with: Restructuring price setup in the IT systems worldwide, product development models, marketing of web-shops, cost analysis of supplier value streams, marked research for a specific product idea, developing sales campaigns for a country or region, SOP’s for management reporting in the QMS system etc.

You might also be involved in numerous strategic cross-functional projects in order to build a coherent understanding of the business. Projects which include planning, analysis, project management and reflection. Regardless of the tasks presented during the 2-year programme one thing is guaranteed – you will face a steep learning curve, high expectations and an extraordinary exposure to various processes, people and organizations!

Throughout the programme, you will be working closely with a Host Manager to plan your rotations and enhance your professional and personal development as much as possible. A personal manager and a go-to manager will support each rotation. The programme has a tight link to the other graduate programmes in William Demant and HR, who coordinate the rotations.

After successfully completing the programme, you will have a possibility to embark on a “Dream Job” at Diagnostic Business.
