Come be a part of the team driving the success of Apple News+ in a global role that requires you to work closely with many groups, including editorial, analytics, marketing, BD, product, engineering and finance. The most qualified candidates will be highly-motivated and adaptive self-staters who can collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams to meet business objectives. They will have a deep understanding of subscription businesses and a facility with data and modeling. This is a full-time position located in Cupertino, CA.

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant industry work experience with a good understanding of digital publishing and subscription business

Description
NEWS+ BUSINESS GROWTH: Work cross-functionally using external and internal analyses to determine where optimizations are possible. Evaluate new opportunities around audience growth and offer testing, internal and external partnerships, channels growth and optimization, customer lifecycle communications and subscriber-only benefits offers. BUSINESS REPORTING AND ANALYTICS: Take the lead on daily & weekly performance reporting as well as monthly forecasting and budget planning. Assess acquisition touch points performance vs goals. Collaborate with the various analytics teams, report on drivers of variances from projections on trial acquisition as well as back end KPIs. Lead Ad-hoc modeling of new opportunities. Work in collaboration with Finance to figure out viability of some acquisition channels, new opportunities (content and deals)
