As a student assistant you will be working about 14 hours a week. We are flexible in exam periods. We prioritize a high degree of work commitment and flexibility in periods with extra work load.
Your primary task is to perform proteomics analysis of protein samples obtained from cell culture cells treated with different natural compounds.
You are familiar with mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography and quantitative proteomics experiments. Ability to handle mammalian cell cultures is a big advantage. You are analytically strong and capable of carrying out bioinformatics analysis of proteomics data using MaxQuant and Perseus software. You know Microsoft Office and pay attention to details.
